AutoSend Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

AutoSend is designed with privacy in mind.

• Scheduled Messages: All scheduled messages (including text content, contacts, and times) are stored only on your device’s local storage.
• No Cloud Storage: We do not upload, store, or sync your scheduled messages on our servers.
• Optional Account Security: While basic features do not require an account, you can sign in with your Google Account to secure your PRO subscription and AI credits across devices.
• No Cloud Message Storage: Signing in does not upload or sync your scheduled messages to our servers. Your message content, contacts, and schedules always remain 100% local on your device.
• Voice Audio: When you use Voice Automation, the app captures transient voice audio to process scheduling intent. This audio is processed immediately and is not stored permanently on your device or our servers.

2. Google Drive Data (Sensitive Scope Disclosure)

AutoSend offers an optional feature to back up your data to your personal Google Drive. To provide this feature, the app requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope.

3. Data Storage and Security

All your scheduled messages are stored in a secure, local database on your device.

• Local Storage: Your data never leaves your phone unless you initiate a backup.
• Cloud Storage: If you use the Backup feature, your data is transferred directly from your device to Google's servers using secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS). We do not store a copy of your data on any intermediate servers.

4. Limited Use Disclosure (Google API Services)

AutoSend's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• No Transfer: We do not transfer your Google user data to third parties.
• No Advertising: We do not use your Google user data for serving advertisements, including re-targeting, personalised, or interest-based advertising.
• No Lending: We do not use your data for creditworthiness or lending purposes.

5. How We Use Permissions

AutoSend requires certain device permissions to function:

• Accessibility Service Permission: Used only to automate the process of selecting contacts and sending your scheduled WhatsApp messages. AutoSend does not collect, store, or share any data accessed through this service.
• Device Storage: Used to locally store your scheduled messages on your device.

We do not use these permissions for any other purpose.

6. Analytics and Data Usage

To improve the quality and performance of our services, we collect certain non-personally identifiable information for analytical purposes.

• Device Information: We collect device-specific data, including device ID and technical information about your device.
• Usage Data: We utilize anonymized data for internal analytics to optimize application functionality and user experience.
• Privacy Assurance: No personal identifiers or personally identifiable information (PII) are collected or saved during this process.

7. Data Sharing

AutoSend does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Since your primary data is stored locally on your device, only you have access to it.

8. Security

We prioritize your security:

• All data remains on your device.
• No external servers or cloud systems are involved.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains secure and protected.

AutoSend is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

10. Children's Privacy

AutoSend is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. AI Voice & Text Processing

To provide our Voice Automation feature, AutoSend uses Artificial Intelligence to parse natural language commands (e.g., extracting dates, times, and contact names).

• Data Processing: Spoken or typed commands are securely processed via encrypted channels.
• Data Storage: We do not store your voice recordings or parsed text on our servers. The data is processed in real-time solely to create the scheduled task and is immediately discarded.
• No Training: We do not use your personal data to train our AI models.
• User Control: The final message content and schedule are always reviewed and confirmed by the user before any automation occurs.

13. Account and Data Deletion

We provide users with full control over their account and data. You can request the permanent deletion of your AutoSend account and all associated cloud data at any time.

• In-App Deletion: You can delete your account directly within the app settings.
