Request Account Deletion
We value your privacy. If you wish to permanently delete your AutoSend account and associated data, please follow the steps below.
Important: What happens after deletion?
- Your **AI Credit balance** will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
- **Pro Subscription:** Your Pro status is managed by Google Play and remains linked to your Google Account. It will be disconnected from your current AutoSend profile data.
- **Google Drive Backups:** Since backups are stored in your own Google Drive, they will not be erased by AutoSend. You can manually manage or delete these backup files from your Google Drive account at any time.
- Local tasks and settings on your device will remain but will no longer be linked to your account.

Option 1: In-App Deletion
Open AutoSend on your Android device, go to **Settings > Account**, and tap on **"Delete Account"**. This will instantly initiate the deletion process.

Option 2: Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by emailing us from your registered Google Account.
Data Retention Policy
Upon receiving a deletion request, your account and all associated cloud data will be removed within **30 days**. Financial records (for PRO purchases) will be retained for legal and tax purposes as required by law.
