• AutoSend uses Android Accessibility Services solely to automate message sending. By using the app, you grant AutoSend permission to use this service for its intended purpose.
• We will never collect, transmit, or misuse any data accessed through this service.

3. Disclaimers

• AutoSend is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.
• We cannot guarantee delivery of scheduled messages in all situations (e.g., if your phone is turned off, lacks internet access, or if WhatsApp changes its functionality).
• The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AutoSend and its developers shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, missed communications, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use the app.
• You agree that you are responsible for maintaining your device’s proper functioning and ensuring scheduled messages are set up correctly.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AutoSend if you misuse the app, violate these Terms, or engage in unlawful activity.
